    I try really hard not to write negative reviews like this.Usually taking preference not to write one at all.Service at McDonald's has always been hit and miss.I usually brush it off and think well they employ young kids and give them less wages.It's not exactly a morale booster is it?So I go through the drive-through and order a couple of drinks.Forgetting something I had to go back through the drive-through a second time.Whilst doing this I take a mouthful of hot chocolate, but it's just dirty coloured water and looks almost transparent at the top.There's no flavour in it at all.So I hand the drink back for a replacement stating that I think the machine has run out.So she takes my cup from the first hatch and says she'll give it back with the rest of my order.I sort my order out with the first guy at the window because now the ap is playing up.Now that's sorted out, I drive down to the second window to get my order.And the same lady serves me as the first time.She acknowledges me and says yours is the hot chocolate.And I confirm and say yes.Then I take my order and drive away.I take my first mouthful of hot chocolate again.And it's exactly the same watery muck that i was served the first time around.And I am livid!!That's just gross incompetence.And this lady was a lady.And old enough to know better.I've worked in catering all my working life.And I would never ever give someone a second drink from the same machine without checking it first!!It's absolutely ridiculous, a complete joke!!It's unbelievable that you have to check your order at the drive through window.Because the staff have no interest in doing anything properly.Because that's exactly what I will be doing from now on.And then it'll only be through desperation and needs must!!Useless!!!And INCOMPETENT!!!

    Food was OK,Girl on drive through took ages to take our order & when she did it was almost as if we were an inconvenience.When we got to the window to pay, she was having a shouting match with a colleague. .not exactly professional.

    Order drive through .. ( mins distance from home). st thing staff seems to be very busy in chaotic manor. FOOD: Mc crispy sandwich bun: burnt rest ok, Big Mac ok x fries old % (surpassed shelf time by a lot) chewy, oily not salted at all. Cheeseburgers cold, chewy, dry so you can choke yourself. Wraps ok. Drinks ok. It was vey busy - lots of people but it should suggest you will get your food hot and fresh not chewy and cold after mins drive with degrees heating on. One of the children feel sick today - I don’t know % if this food is the reason but if you know a thing about food standards - it is quite possible.
